There’s a lot more behind a beautiful piece of team artwork than people realise. Every canvas your team creates starts long before the paint comes out – with a conversation about your event’s goals, a colour palette and theme chosen to suit your brand and space, and canvases prepped in advance by our artist facilitators so the day itself is pure creativity, not setup.

What your team walks away with is a genuine collaborative artwork, ready to hang proudly in your office – created together, by everyone in the room.
Every session is led by two facilitators: one an exhibiting artist, the other a natural at drawing out people’s confidence and creativity, especially the ones who start the day unsure they can do this at all. Because that’s the real point of a corporate art workshop — it’s not about who’s “good at art.” It’s about bringing different personalities and skills together the same way a strong team does: the bold work alongside the careful, the loud alongside the quiet, and the finished piece is better for all of it.

Your Company Vision –
Develop a profound vision for the company (Usually the company leadership group)
Utilising art as a way to encapsulate thoughts & feelings that may otherwise be difficult to verbalise or write down in words creating an artistic vision statement for your organisation.

Team Cohesion –
Bring everyone’s creative talents together and work
collectively to a
common goal.

Aboriginal Art –
Under the guidance of our Aboriginal facilitators paint canvas’s or  create your dreamtime story on a boomerang which delegates take home as a keep sake gift.
A great way to add some positive colour to the office!

How it Works

1. We talk first. Before the session, we discuss your event’s goals and how the activity can tie into them — your theme, your brand, what you want the finished artwork to say.
2. We prep in advance. Canvases are prepared beforehand — sized to suit your space (so it’ll actually fit where you want to hang it), with a theme and colour palette chosen to guide participants without boxing in their creativity. We’re typically on site around an hour early to set up; if that’s not possible on your event day, we’ll work with what we’ve got.
3. Your team brings it to life. The format flexes to suit your group — sometimes teams work together on shared canvases, other times each participant creates on their own individual canvas board, with all the pieces joined together at the end into one collective artwork. On the day, groups can also rotate through the session alongside other program activities — as in a recent development day we ran, moving between the art session and other workshops throughout a 90-minute block.
4. It’s ready to hang. Thanks to the planning and prep that goes in beforehand, the result isn’t a rough team-building craft project — it’s a genuinely striking piece. Most people who see it wouldn’t guess it was created by a group of colleagues in a single session; it looks like something you’d choose to hang in your office regardless of how it was made.

FAQ's:

1. How long does a Corporate Art Workshop take?
1 to 3 hours.

2. Will everyone be able to join in, even if they’re not artistic?
Yes — that’s really the point. We create an environment where every kind of creativity is valued, not just traditional “artistic skill.” Some people dive straight in; others prefer to hang back and observe before joining, and that’s completely fine too. The mix of personalities — the ones who throw themselves in and the ones who work carefully and thoughtfully — is exactly what makes the finished artwork, and a good team, work.

3. How big will the artwork be, and will we have space to hang it?
Canvas size is tailored to your venue and how much wall space you have available, so the finished piece will actually fit where you want to display it. Let us know your space when we’re planning the session and we’ll size accordingly.

4. Will this make a mess of the venue?
We come prepared – ground sheets are used to carefully protect flooring and furniture, and participants are given smocks so there’s no need to worry about paint on clothing. Venue care is something we take seriously.

5. How much setup time do you need for a corporate art workshop?
We’re typically on site around an hour beforehand to prep. If your schedule doesn’t allow for that, let us know — we’re flexible and will work with the time available.

6. Can this be run as part of a larger event, like a conference or development day?
Yes — it works well as a standalone activity or as one rotating element within a bigger program. In a recent development day for a group of around 60, participants rotated through the art session alongside other workshops and training activities in short blocks, so everyone got a turn without the whole group needing to be in the room at once.

7. How many people can take part?
We’ve run this activity for groups as small as 9-10 (using a more intimate format, like pen-and-paper or rock art) right up to 100-150 people with the right facilitator team. The sweet spot for most corporate groups is around 40 to 100 participants, but it scales in both directions depending on the format and number of facilitators.

8. Will the finished artwork actually look good, or will it look like it was painted by a group of amateurs?
Genuinely good – that’s the point of the planning that goes in beforehand. Because the canvases, colour palette and composition are thought through by our artist facilitators in advance, the finished piece looks considered and professional, not like a rushed team activity. It’s common for people who weren’t in the room to assume it was created by a professional artist rather than a group of colleagues on a work day.

9. Is this run indoors or outdoors?
Indoor venues, available throughout Australia and the Pacific.
